Taerra Chiba is the owner of The Practical Diva L.L.C., a licensed and insured New York City remodeling company focused on creating spaces that improve safety, comfort, and everyday living. With experience in bathroom renovations, apartment upgrades, and navigating NYC co-op and condo environments, she combines practical problem-solving with attention to detail to help homeowners move through projects with confidence.

Outside of construction, Taerra is also an opera singer and a mother — experiences that have shaped her appreciation for creativity, discipline, and creating homes that truly support the people who live in them.
